Zero-Waste Strawberry Juice
Ingredients
- 150 g strawberry tops
- 80 g sugar
- Peel of half an orange or lemon optional
- 1,5 liters water
Instructions
- Place the strawberry tops, the sugar and the citrus peel in a large bowl.
- Bring the water to boil and pour into the bowl.
- Let the juice brew for 24 hours at room temperature.
- Sieve the juice. Serve cold and enjoy!
- Store the juice in the refrigerator for up to a week.
