¼ tsp of grind black pepper or 6 black pepper grains
5 cloves
4 tbsp (60 ml) of water
25 ml of lemon juice (approximately the juice of one lemon)
Preparation
Peel the turmeric and the ginger.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Notes
Use gloves when peeling the turmeric, as it stains very much. You can store the turmeric shots in a jar well closed in refrigerator for up to four days. Mix before serving.
