Overnight oatmeal (gluten- and dairy-free)

Serves: 1 average jar (for 1 or 2 people)
Ingredients
  • 30 g of oats
  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • Half a teaspoon of raw honey
  • 1 pear
  • Goodio raw chocolate (of course you can use "normal" chocolate, but it will not be as healthy! :D )
Preparation
  1. Pour in a jar the oats, the coconut milk and the honey
  2. Close the jar and share vigorously
  3. Let it rest one night in refrigerator
  4. The following morning, add a pear cut into pieces and some raw chocolate
