Chocolate chestnut honey biscuits

Ingredients
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 40 g caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chestnut honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 110 g flour
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 35 g icing sugar
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter at a very low heater.
  2. When ready, add caster sugar and mix.
  3. Add the egg, the honey and the vanilla sugar to the mixture.
  4. In another bowl, sieve flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the dough and mix well.
  6. Prepare small balls of dough (a teaspoon big) and roll them in icing sugar.
  7. Put some baking paper on a baking tray and place the raw biscuits some cm far from each other.
  8. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
